5. Bank statement of sponsor . Must be over the period of 12 months with minimum
	balance of .7 to .8 Million and preferably computerized , transactions should reflect
	periodical inflow of funds.
	6. Bank guarantee on the letterhead of bank from bank Manager that a/c holder has
	been maintaining account in this bank since a specific period satisfactorily. Bank phone
	numbers should be mentioned over letterhead.
	SPONSOR'S SOURCE OF INCOME
	A) IF SPONSOR IS BUSINESS A BUSINESS PERSON ?
	Doc's required are:
	· Business portfolio (i.e Description of Business, What actually you are dealing in
	Manufacturing , Trading , Import Export or other)
	· Profit and loss report ( Annual / 6 Month ) Formal or Informal
	· Receipts for Revenues earned · Income tax ,if paid
	· Wealth tax · National tax # · Contracts with customers or suppliers
	· In case of business (Import Export) Credit Advises , Bill of lading , letter of credit
	shipment details can be presented
	· Registration.
	B) IF SPONSOR IS A SALARIED PERSON ?
	· Job Letter (Employment period should be mentioned in it)
	· Guarantee on company's letter head by company's head for sponsor satisfactory
	employment history.
	· Salary slips
	· Income tax if paid
	· In case of Govt. employment details of GP fund and total emoluments lying with Govt.
	C) IF SPONSOR IS PRODUCTIVE PROPERTY OWNER ?
	If sponsor is productive property owner. In case of owner ship of any market, plaza i.e
	productive property
	1. Lease agreements or rental deeds of the shops or property which is rented out
	2. Contract of rented property between lessee and lessor
	3. In case of real estate business sale deeds of the property (sold on profit) and also
	evidence of purchase or possession of that property.
	D) IF SPONSOR IS AN AGRICULTURIST ?
	1. Proof of the land possessed (fard)
	2. All the expenses incurred on agri-produce i.e seed, Fertilizers, sprays, pesticides
	(slips/receipts for all these expenses)
	3. Revenue from the sale of agri produce i/e sale receipts of agri produce
	4. Pass book , If any agri land has been taken
	5. Land affidavit on stamp paper stating the type of land, total area possessed and its
	worth.
	6. Interest earned from any type of fixed deposits .Should preferably be mentioned on
	the letterhead of that financial institution from where it has been received.
	7. Any shares owned.
	8. Any commercial or residential property ( Leased)/ Rented out? In this case Rent
	deed / lease agreement between lessor & lessee is required. Secondly proof of that
	property (like Fard.) , which shows possession of said person for that property.
	9. FIXED DEPOSIT
	If saving certificates attach attested copies of these certificates(attested by issuing
	Bank ). Also get guarantee letter from Financial institution giving summary of fixed
	amount and its yield. Fixed Deposits (Saving Certificates, Special deposits , Term
	deposits). If any may be in the name of sponsor or applicant or other family member of
	any of these two.
	10. AFFIDAVIT
	From Sponsor mentioning his relation with applicant and also undertaking that he 'll bear
	all the financial expenses of applicant's studies (Tuition + lodging boarding) on Rs 6
	stamp paper.
	11. Work Experience(If applicant is working then on his company's letter head.)
	12. 4 Photographs
	13. Passport valid for atleast 6 months
	14. SPONSOR'S RELATIONSHIP EVIDENCE INCASE OF RELATIVES :
	Proof of relationship is required e.g. ID card showing same father's name (In case of
	paternal uncle). Form B from registraction office in case if maternal uncle.
	Who can be Sponsor ?
	Ideally parents, brother of or sisters Acceptable relationships are uncles (real
	Paternal/maternal) , aunts (paternal/maternal) , grand parents or brother/father in law.
