Visa Procedure

SETP 1:
If you meet institute's requirement, we will provide application forms and arrange offer letter (admission), which is require prior to lodgement of Visa Application.

SETP 2:
Once you have recieved the letter of offer, prepare visa documents as mentioned below and submit to Horizon International for further processing. We recommend that you don't pay any tution fees to the institution until you know the decision from the Australian High Commission in the form of Pre Visa Assessment (PVA).

STEP 3:
On advice that your PVA has been approved, pay the tution fee for one semester or as advice by the High Commission and your Overseas Student Health Cover insurance premium. The institute will then forward CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT (COE) that your payment has been recieved and that you are enrolled.

STEP 4:
We will submit CEO to the High Commission and you should proceed to nominated doctor for Medical checks which is the mandatory requirement for all students.

STEP 5:
After two weeks your passport will be recieved from the Australian High Commission upon clearence of medical and other checks. Horizon International will assist you in accommodation and airport pick through the respective institute.
